Not sure if the EV charger network funding can be revoked via executive order, I thought those funds were allocated in legislation. Trump can rescind the Biden EO that opened the lease loophole in the $7,500 charging credit.

Only 35% remained by the end of Oct 2024. Most of it has been spent...this 35% left doesn't include loans, like the one given to Rivian or tax rebates.
