Major technology challenges from App, to Car Play, to Dream Drive Pro - can someone please help

2025 Grand Touring
I have now had my 2025 Grand Touring since December 20 after coming from a Tesla S. The car drives nicely and very comfortable.
However the technology is awful and barely functional. Not sure if Lucid monitors this site but they should. I have lots of challenges - if anyone can help that would be great:
1) The app - very often never connects. Says car is waking up but it actually never wakes up. Actually it will connect but hard to predict when that will happen. It can see the car since it shows climate, chargin etc but never connects to allow unlocking the door, horn, or any of the other features. Essentially makes the APP useless.
2) Sound - the sound volume roller only works for phone and navigation. If i am connected to media - when i try to adjust the volume for the media when i watch the audio settings page what is heppening is the scroll bar is adjusting the navigation volume line rather than the media line. I can move the media line manually and that works but not the phone. What is really odd, I was going to video this and send to Lucid and as soon as i turned the camera on my iPhone on the volume works. So the only way i can get the volume bar to work on media reliably is when the camera app is open on my phone - not sure why and it sounds ok but that is what his happening
3) I have purchased dream drive pro but i have yet to be able to use the lane changing support. I am in South Florida and use I 95 quite often, but it has never worked.

I like the car but it is incredibly frustrating - the car is nicer than the Tesla but the technology just doesn't work. I have been on the phone with customer support and they have not solved any of the issues.

Can anyone help?????
 
Have you connected your car to your home wifi network? This seemed to block my app from connecting to my car (which might have been because the wifi connection wasn't great). I took my car off the home network and while it's sometimes not fast, it does connect to the car now much more reliably.

1) the car requires a stable internet connection to wake the car. If you are using WiFi, turn it off. Let the car connect via the onboard cellular. If not connected to WiFi, enable and connect to your home. This should allow for some degree of speedier connectiv

2) I’m not certain I understand completely. But if you are saying the car doesn’t adjust the media volume, you have to be playing media for it to adjust that slider. It adjusts whatever is active. Like most cars.

3) Lane assist only works when highway assist is active. Not active cruise control. It also only functions after a period of calibration. Do you see dashed lines in the glass cockpit in front of you? If so, then a half press of the turn signal should initiate it if the lane is clear. If no dashed lines, keep driving in HA until you see it.
 
2nd wifi issue.

Lane departure might need calibration- check in with your service center. Mine had not worked since the feature became available and the service center on a recent visit calibrated mine and now it works.

Thanks very much for your response. As for the internet connection - i can understand that but it happens even when i am away from home and the car is not connected to the wifi at my home.. On number 2 - the problem is it does not adjust the media when the media is playing. For some reason it adjusts the navigation volume and not the media volume even when the nav is not engaged and the media (radio or Car Play app) is playing. It is not adjusting the right volume adjustment.

I will check on the calibration and the dashed lines. Thanks again

I will try that but it often doesn't connect even when i am not home and the car is not connected to wifi. Thanks

Is your phone connected via carplay when you are navigating?
