Love to be there but ... car's in shop. 3 more deer carcasses on road next to my home just this week. At this rate = should be safe to drive in PA by spring.

"Are you talking to me? ... " taken this past fall 12 meters from where I'm sitting as I type this:

view from front window: bow hunters welcome to sit on my roof 24/7. This is a small part of the residential herd.

We also have white-footed mice so it's a Lyme disease trifecta around here. Best bait for white-footed mice is wiring from a Mercedes.

I don't know why there isn't a bounty on white-tailed deer.
My car has been in the shop 5 months and counting...

Out of the darkness a yearling dashed in front of me ... just a few hundred meters from home. Never saw it...worst fears...had to walk back and confirm it was only a deer = as common as cockroaches, but harder to exterminate. Car is (was) fully-functional. Had I known how long it would take to get a new bumper cover I'd have just duck-taped over the crack and lived with it.
