It seems to me that class actions like this typically don't get filed on a company unless the plaintiffs are confident that it has the financial wherewithall to survive any such onslaught.
Insurance companies bear the brunt. Each class member receives $12.87 and the law firm gets $30 million.

I just had to rewatch the interview to be certain: he’s wearing the exact same outfit as the host. This is the weirdest line of criticism from this entire thread. Is it that the Bloomberg guy has a spread collar and Silvio has a point collar?
Critiquing the choice of a CEO from an unrelated industry: totally makes sense. Looking at two guys wearing suits with no ties and saying they have mismatched levels of style: very strange.

Yeah, I don't disagree with hardware quite possibly being the core of the problem. It seems clear that other hardware modules have been undergoing revisions since last June when they started shipping cars to customers. It's one of the reasons I decided to wait for the 2027 Gravities, as I'd really like to skip some of the woes that I'm seeing reported here. It sure would be nice if Lucid was more transparent about where they are in the troubleshooting. But I can understand why they might be reluctant to effectively say "don't buy a Gravity until we figure out new hardware for the key".Because its hardware and code doesn’t fix shitty hardware. You can mask it which is what I think we’re seeing but mark my words, this is not a software problem.
My background is IT infrastructure working with software developers and we love to play this game of “Your software is buggy, it’s not the hardware” and we get “Your hardware is set up wrong, it’s not the software”. Being on team hardware I’ll always blame the software team first because 9 times out of 10 they’re just sloppy, but even I would concede on this key fob issue that it’s definitely hardware. It pains me to say those words……
Happy to be proven wrong so I can blame Team Software again though
