Lucid Customer Service

Then seem to be holding back the previous service ticket info . I hope they realize this isn’t the watch get happy customers . Especially if EV mandate goes away
There is not, nor has there ever been, a federal EV mandate in the US. No one is “holding back” any service info either. The system is new and not everything is entered into it yet.
 
Oh I thought ice car manufacturers are supposed to make less of those gas guzzling cars going forward
 
Is there anyone out there who can get me an email address for whom ever is in charge of Lucid’s customer care/ service or sales/marketing? I have tried to go thru my Denver showroom connections but have gotten nowhere. I would really like to order a Gravity but at this point have some serious concerns that no one in Denver has been able or willing to address. Having owned an Air touring since early 2023 I expected better support from Lucid than I have received.

I hear you! I've recent had an issue and expected better support from Lucid than I've received. (Which is none.)
