Lucid added as "coming soon" on Tesla SC network

I don't think I have seen it added on Tesla site. May be, we are close?

Throughout 2025, our North American Supercharging network is opening to more automakers. As automakers transition vehicles to NACS, EV drivers will gradually be able to access Superchargers using adapters provided by their automakers. Soon, all new EVs will come with NACS charge ports built in and adapters will no longer be needed.

If you do not yet have access, your automaker may be joining our network soon. For more information, review our FAQs page or check with your automaker.

Hyundai and Lucid were announced pretty close together (October & Nov 2023). Hyundai is getting access this quarter so hopefully Lucid follows very soon after.
 
I wonder if this is in reference to the Gravity using the NACS port, or it applies to all Airs that are still using CCS, which will require an adapter.
I would expect it applies to all Lucid vehicles.

I wouldn’t assume that. It is entirely possible native NACS comes before the CCS cars, or vice versa. The former is certainly more likely than the latter.

It’s also possible both get supported simultaneously, of course. I just don’t think that’s *more* likely.

It's a fleet access.

Without a fleet access, both CCS and NACS Lucid cars should be able to individually access through the magic dock program. Magic Dock is not a plug and charge system: Driver has to manually download the Tesla app and click which charging stall...

That means there's no charging incompatibility without the proper granting of fleet access (again just bypass the fleet access issue by doing a manual Magic Dock).

However, once a fleet access is turned on, there seems to be availability issue with insufficient production of NACS to CCS adapters from Tesla. In that case, Gravity should be able to take the advantage of a fleet access first because of its built-in NACS while the CCS Air might need to wait for the adapters.

Yeah, I think Tesla gave up on the Magic Dock once automakers made the switch to NACS. The only reason they initially tested it was to secure funding but now NACS in the US standard they have no incentive to continue rolling them out especially now automakers are providing adaptors.

Honda is not listed on the Tesla NACS webpage but a Honda Prologues did the same lie by telling the Tesla App that he owns a Chevy Blazers (GM got fleet access but not Honda) and it works.

 
Has anyone heard whether Lucid will provide (free or otherwise) NACS adaptors for Airs?

I noticed as of yesterday, when I read about the announcement for Supercharger availability for the Gravity, that Superchargers now show up in the Tesla app for the Air. It might be a moot point until adapters are available, but it would likely work with an adapter for another brand that already has access. I'm not in a hurry to find out but it might be helpful in a pinch.
