LTE & Wi-Fi CONNECTIVITY LOSS

I’m not sure if that is true??

You mean un your AGT?? If it’s your AGT it has LTE not 3G
My current ride is a Volvo V60 Polestar. Still waiting on a VIN for the AGT on order.

On a side note, Volvo is one of the few automakers that is even offering upgrades to their 3G modems. Problem is that they’re still very difficult to obtain. Go figure.

5G is still a good 12 to 18 months away from being stable. Numerous times my iPhone just glitches out with no internet because it’s hell bent on holding onto that 1 bar of 5G and not hand off to LTE properly so it’s probably a blessing in disguise the car doesn’t have 5G.

4G LTE can deliver speeds over 100mb which should be more than ample for most the cars needs.

Hopefully 4G has a good 10+ years left before it is retired!
