Low Suspension for Entry/Exit

I don't seem to have the ability to make any adjustments for Easy Entry. All I can do when I go to Easy Entry is On/Off.

There was a pop up here in Vegas so I asked the rep and he showed me on the panel how it's done. I did see Low, Medium and High settings on his panel. It will be very useful to us especially to my wife especially if the suspension goes to low upon entering and exiting.

It will do that BUT it is very slow to move down/up when you put it in park. Mine actually seems to refuse to adjust until I get out and close door. Which is great for when I come back, but it’s annoying as it won’t lower when I get out (or raise). It’s not a huge deal to me and I bet it’s some whack software issue just like my seat rarely remembers where it is supposed to be for my profile.

Thanks How about Easy Entry positions? I can only turn it on or off so IDK what I what the rep at the pop did.

To my knowledge, you can not set these - there’s supposed to be some sort of preset position for them and the seats go there if easy entry/exit is selected. Mine do it about 50% of the time, I think.

“When you open the driver's door,
the seat and steering wheel will

Correct. At the moment the seat should go all the way back and all the way down, and the steering wheel should go all the way in and up.

You cannot customize it at the moment.

I did not know what positions it was supposed to go to for easy/entry. Mine has never gone to the positions you mentioned and I have it set to do so. Again, though, I expect it’s a software, profile, etc bug and they’ll address at some point. Not at the top of my list…
