Key problems

I just got my new GT Sunday. Twice my key has failed. Today I could not get my key to open the car or trunk and had to use my I phone. I drove the car home and upon arrival the key worked fine. I assume this is a soft wear problem. Any remedy in sight?

Lucid replaced one of my keyfobs because it wouldn't connect (except when i first picked up the car on day 1). I changed the battery before reaching out to Lucid and that didn't help. I suggest replacing the battery and if that doesn't fix it, reach out to service center. does the other fob work for you?
