Issues with 2024 Lucid Air Pure: Bluetooth, Backup Camera, and Speakers

Hello everyone,

I got my 2024 Lucid Air Pure about three weeks ago, and I've been experiencing a few issues:

1. When I make a call using the car's Bluetooth, people can't hear me well. I'm not sure if the car's microphone is the problem or if it's specific to my vehicle.
2. Since the last update, the backup camera frequently shows a black screen, occurring at least twice a day.
3. The speakers in the trunk rattle and make a horrible sound, even with the bass set to zero.

Has anyone else experienced these issues? If so, please advise on how to fix them, thank you!

I took delivery of a 2024 Pure on 6/28/24. Two weeks ago had the exact same issues - black backup camera, phone not working properly, and occasionally only the front left section of the sound system worked. I emailed my delivery guy on a Friday and Monday everything worked again. maybe they did something OTA, not sure...

Sometimes a nice long sleep solves the problems. Also, to accelerate the process you can always use the logo reset.

I just had mine serviced (20 minutes ago) for a rattle in the rear speaker. They have a service bulletin out for it. The trim some pieces, add screws and foam.
No more rattle

What is the logo reset? Th error message on the camera said to turn the car off and on to reset - had no idea how to do that…

Hold the AIR logo on the lower, larger screen for ~30 seconds, until the screen goes black. It resets the system. It keeps your preferences. Bascaly rebooting the computer.
