Hey everyone,
I really need to vent and see if anyone else has experienced this level of abysmal communication with Lucid Service, specifically the Frankfurt Service Center.
Before I get into the details, I want to make one thing clear: I absolutely love this car. When it is on the road, it is an incredible piece of engineering and an absolute joy to drive. I am a huge fan of the vehicle itself. However, the current service experience is severely testing my patience and ruining the premium feel of the brand.
I dropped my car off at the Frankfurt Service Center four weeks ago for what was supposed to be a one-week appointment to address the following issues:
The real issue, though, is the communication. At the two-week mark, I had to call them to get an update. A very nice rep did actually call me back and said the car would be done in two days—they were just waiting on a steering wheel replacement and needed to do a test drive.
Since then? Absolute radio silence.
I have called them multiple times. Every single time, they promise to call me back "by the end of the day" with an update. Every single time, they don't. 48 hours ago, I finally lost my temper on the phone and told them this is unacceptable. They assured me the issue was being escalated directly to the Regional Service Manager.
It has been over 48 hours since that escalation, and guess what? Still no call. Still no info.
Is this how Lucid treats its customers? Is this the premium service promise? I can understand if parts are delayed or repairs take longer than expected—things happen. But to repeatedly promise callbacks, completely ignore the customer, and fail to provide a simple "Hey, here is the situation..." update is just disrespectful.
Has anyone else dealt with this, maybe even specifically with the Frankfurt location? How did you finally get someone to actually talk to you and give you your car back?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I dropped my car off at the Frankfurt Service Center four weeks ago for what was supposed to be a one-week appointment to address the following issues:
- The automatic lane keeping / Highway Assist (where the car steers itself and keeps the lane without active input) is simply not working.
- The car constantly triggers an "unattended occupant" alarm, even when the vehicle is completely empty, parked in the dark, perfectly still, and no one is anywhere near it.
