iphone opening car but then locks

I used my iphone (fob not on me) to get into my lucid only to have the car turn off and lock while I am in it. I found if I open the driver door, the alarm goes off. I have to open the app on the phone and unlock the car from inside, then open the door to get the panel to light up. Anyone else have this problem?

Nope. I solely use my iphone as my mobile key. I haven't encountered the issue you experienced. Have you remove the mobile and re-create the mobile key?

no. I dont know how to do that and the phone usually works.
