How much reserve charge does Lucid hold back?

From my experience driving 2023 Pure AWD (essentially the same as Touring) for a year and 12,000 I get about 200 miles between 80% down to 20% of normal driving mixed city/highway without hypermiling. Steady driving at highway not going beyond 70 miles would generate even better results. As you correctly noted there is about 88KwH usable battery.
2023 Pure AWD's have a 92 kWh usable battery, unless you are saying that your battery has deteriorated that much. I got the same car last December, and am still at 92 kWh, despite almost always charging with EA DC chargers. I suggest charging it to 100% on a slow charger sometime, and seeing how close you get to the EPA's 410 miles.

Wow! That's insanely good! 19" tires with aeros on? Are you somehow always going downhill with the wind at your back? :)
😝 I’m still on my first full charge, the since charge is sitting at 3.7… I did have the car on in the garage while I was apply ceramic. Each trip since then I have been resetting the trip gauge to see. Hopefully in my next charge I will hopefully see the true cumulative for that charge. I suspect my driving behavior this way cannot be sustained, cheetah can’t change its spots 🤦🏻‍♂️😝😀 and yes 19 all season with the Aeros on.

Mine is at 93.6% after 2.5 years 🤷‍♂️

if the math works.. I have been doing some highway testing going at 70 mph and AC at 72 F with blower set to 2 at both sides (rear off) we are getting between 4.5-5.0. This is promising for road trips. Admittedly I have a lead foot, I drive our BMW IX like power is free.. (it kind of is since we have 2 years at EA ..lol) Wife wants us to do a 350 mile trip to see if we can make it without stopping to charge.
Hardly a leadfoot if you were driving on a highway at 70 mph. Out here, that would get you many fickle fingers of fate and perhaps something stronger. Speed, weather and elevation changes all create havoc with range.

As to making the trip without stopping, I am confident that you could do it but it might be painful. Driving a Lucid and/or an IX to maximize range is difficult; it would be much easier with a Bolt.

I should have added to this post... If you do the 100% slow charger test I mentioned, please do it when you have the time to take the car for a spin long enough to get the battery down to at least 95%, if not lower. Chemical reactions that are likely when your car is just sitting there fully-charged for an extended period are bad for your battery.

Im usually doing significantly more .. but for the test that is what I did. Hope is on road trips this we’ll get within 85 percent of the advertised number and I will be content.

I think 85% should be very doable on a road trip if you take it easy. I did just about that in my 2023 Pure AWD on a recent round trip from AZ to WA and back, and I don't have aero covers on my 19's. Some of the high speed limits in Idaho and Utah took a toll.
