Some have discussing the “blue” part of the battery since it’s been cold. Your battery icon turns red when it’s dead-ish. Old app when this happened. Not a current pic. The car was angry that day…

My wife doesn't like anything below 10ish. Which is kind of annoying considering that's over 30 miles. That's a lot!

I only got down to a little less than 5% once, and it made me nervous. I was really happy to be pulling into the parking lot with chargers when the Find a Charger warning flashed on the cockpit.

Went to the Canyon first time a year ago. Gobsmacked. Will go back ASAP. Did the float below Lake Powell to Lees ferry.

Rafting from Lees Ferry to Phantom Ranch was my first time, and I was woefully unprepared for the hike out. Did it in June, idiot that I am, and the hike out started at 8:00 AM and 100 degrees. My (unintended) temperature record down there is 122 degrees. One of the best things about camping at the bottom is dinner at the Phantom Ranch Canteen. Everybody bitches about the price until they are down there, and then suddenly... money is no object!

Old thread, but no one seems to have answered the question, which i know because i was panic- searching for it. Well, not that I was trying but I can give an answer. I did 5 miles after 0 today.

I left with "32" miles remaining to head to a charger 11 miles away. It said I would arrive with 5 miles remaining, so I drove slowly even though it seemed it had accounted for the 29 degree weather. Nope. Next thing i notice, it's 5 mile charge remaining with 8 miles left on the trip. I turned off the heated seats and wheel but forgot to turn off the heat itself. Then, sure enough, 0 left with 5 miles from the charger. It was in God's hands then. But I pulled up to the charger with no issues. Longest 0 miles I've ever traveled.

I hit 0%. My pucker factor was at 100%. I was thinking how in the world am I going to push this car. Is it even possible? Made it 2 miles to the charge station. Wouldn’t recommend it, but I made it.

You make a good point. Can this car be pushed? I feel like I read about that in maybe the manual or some car and driver article or something. Can we put it in neutral if it's dead or right before dying?

I think as long as your 12v battery is still alive, then yes, you can shift your gear. If it is also dead then no.
