I hope this post helps some out there ... So while charging at home at about 11kwh the battery cooling fan would inevitably turn on and stay on making it fairly loud. I just got used to it over the 1.5yeara I've had the car. Today while my car was charging, I was playing with my Chargepoint charger settings in the app and decided that I don't necessarily need a short charging time when I start charging at 8:00 p.m. and I just wanted to prolong my charging time from say 2.5hrs to about 6hrs..approx numbers .. so I reduced the amps from my charger from 48 amps to 28 amps and in about 5 minutes of doing so, the loud battery fan switched off and the car just wasn't charging up as hot anymore and this has been a welcome change to not have the loud fans run in the background. Makes complete sense as I'm pushing fewer amps into the car negating a need for it to cool down faster...I don't know why I didn't think of this before...so sharing it here..hope it helps you!
