We just picked up a 2025 Touring and discovered a weird issue. Hopefully someone has an answer.
Preheating the car from the app doesn’t work, and the heat in the car doesn’t work when we first get in the car and drive off. However, if we stop and get out of the car, we can then turn on the heat from the app and the car will warm up quickly.
The heat works but only if we turn it on from the app after driving it. Has anyone seen this issue?
