Since 2.6, mobile key has not worked on either my device or my wife's. When approaching vehicle, car does not show handles. Pressing the handles does nothing. I need to wait... and wait... and wait for the app to wake the car to unlock it. If I have preheated the car, at least the car is already awake so I can open it more quickly using the app. I now bring my key

Preheating the car does not return the seats and steering wheel to their last state; instead, they remain off until the buttons on the pilot panel are pressed to turn them on. On Android so don't have the convenient preheat settings in app.

Additionally, the steering wheel heater generally does NOT work at all. Immediately after pressing the button, it just turns back off. This happens on both profiles and the Air logo reset did not help.

You need to delete the mobile key from the key and delete lucid car from your bluetooth. Go through the process to get a new mobile key. Once I did that, it seemed to get back to normal. My mobile key completely stopped working post 2.6.0

Well that's annoying but I guess we'll both do that and hopefully it does the trick

No longer have the same issue. I say "it seemed" because there's not a guarantee when you do something with this car that the solution sticks. It's been good for the last 3 days so I'm going to assume it's fixed.

Glad that worked for you because it hasn't for me I've contacted Lucid support but have yet to receive a message back in over a week.

I logged out of the mobile app and logged back in. That solved the problem of steering wheel heat continually turning off

I suppose I could try that. But I'm guessing you're on an iPhone which has the heated steering wheel control in the app. My Android app does not have that so I don't think it's related. I'm talking about pushing the button in the pilot panel which turns orange for a second and then goes back to off

Yes, I am on an iphone, but my problem was with pushing the button on the pilot panel. Logging out of the app fixed the pilot panel problem

New bug: Heated steering wheel doesn't turn on. Indicator lights then immediately turns off.. I tried both the logo reset and the two button/brake reset. No help.

By accident, I turned off AUTO on HVAC driver side. Then it worked.

I experienced the same. To get the steering wheel heater to work I noticed I had to turn on the car’s heat. Afterwards, the steering wheel’s heater stayed on, even when I turned the air completely off.
I’m still sorting through the unlocking situation.

With 2.6.2, the previously reliable heater steering wheel is now very flakey. Comes on/goes immediately off. I have done both reboots, turned driver's side HVAC AUTO off and it comes back. Lasts one drive/park. Then it is back to useless. Might be connected to using the app to warm up the car/might not. Might work after you tap the icon enough times..

I called the Natick team the first time it happened- who said they reported it. Decided not to spend time on more calls. I hope someone at Lucid is actually hearing this.

2.6.2 is one more "We just did a release that says "With this update, we are improving the robustness and general functionality of the vehicle." - that breaks new things."
When will the LUCID developers clean up their act/get a release out that JUST makes improvements/fixes bugs?
Yes, I love driving this thing. But this is BS for a $130K vehicle on its 4th model year.

What an interesting diversity of bugs! The only one I've had since 2.6.0 (and it didn't happen until recently) is that the home button won't stay. I can select any feature I want to display up there, but when I hit 'home', it tries to initiate, but then goes back to the last prior setting. I thought a logo reset would take care of it, but it didn't.
