Great service experience

I’d like to give kudos to the Riviera Beach SC in Florida for a tremendous experience.

We are from Georgia traveling on our first real road trip in our new AGT to south Florida; about a 9 hour drive.

We noticed the trim piece that’s in the interior ceiling that goes from the drivers side to the passenger side came loose. I called Lucid in West Palm Beach and explained that we are here for only a few days and there are no SCs in Georgia, would they be able to fit me in to reattach the interior trim piece.

They said absolutely, come in. I came in and they reattached it. It was a bit more complicated than they thought. I think they went above and beyond.

They were all so nice and helpful and super nice to talk with.

This is great to hear because Riviera Beach has received a fair amount of criticism in the past. I hope that this is an indication that things are changing for the better.
