Gravity winter tire options?

I just did a search for Nokian retailers, since I have Nokian winters on my current X and love them.

You can get the Nokian Hakkapelitta R5 SUVs at Priority Tire, it appears:

The R21's aren't cheap, though... $579 vs $376. Not sure why they're so much more.. maybe just an uncommon size.

That is the wrong 20” size, 265 50 20 is the correct.

Speed rating of T (118) would also prevent Lucid from selling it as it’s below 160mph max speed.

As far as the speed rating goes, I hope no one is doing more than 100 or so on winter tires… for the sake of themselves and everyone around them. (Though if you are.. the Gravity is probably one of the better vehicles to do it in…)

I bought the Vrendstein Wintrac Pro+ set from Tire Rack along with the 20/21” wheels from Lucid service. Getting tires mounted on the wheels and wheels mounted on my DE on Friday, just in time to be able to drive up to the mountains around here (Seattle area).

Just checked TireRack and they are no longer available “this season” nor are any other brands available for this size tire.

Tirerack also carries the Nokians for a a little cheaper. If you call them, they have them. The cheapest for 3PMSF is the WinTrac - the winter package tires from Lucid is barely acceptable but way better for snow and you get the small wheel option for later if you decide.

Tirerack was telling me this is there highest rated tire and even as good or better than the Blizzaks - strong words there!

Note: you can get Blizzaks V2 for the fronts only and you can get the Blizzak 6 for only the rears. You cannot mix and match.

For the 20/21" wheels, which Lucid service should be able to sell you at the "package" price, Tirerack also shows the Vredestein Wintrac Pro+ still available in the right sizes (these were the ones I bought):

Just ordered the Nokian Hakkapeliitta R5 SUV winter tires from TireRack (for 20”x21” wheels). Also received a call moments ago from my SA that my car has arrived in Sunnyvale, CA for PDI. If it is delivered here to Park City, UT within two weeks, it will be a day or two less than a full year since I placed the order.
