I'm really surprised to see them decide that it's not the vehicle for them in only 75 miles, but I don't know the owner. They say nice things about it, just that they prefer something more truck and less luxury, which is a legitimate view.

Legitimate, yes, but probably would have been beneficial to discover that before dropping $140K on a vehicle. 😂

When did you place your order for the DE (or upgraded it from the GGT)? I was told I have a batch # assigned, but I'm suspecting that it may be one of the last batches of DEs built.

Does anyone know anything about this software push/update? I just emailed my SA if she had any updates regarding my GDE, which went into production about a week and a half ago.

Her response was that my car was going to be better than ever due to this update. However, she didn’t have any other information but seem to imply that delivery would be delayed until the update occured. I asked if the software update was related to a recall and she said no.

No. I just spoke with my SA about our incoming second GGT and he just said the OTA will address bugs and improve performance. He also said “it will roll out when it rolls out. There’s really no target date except ‘soon’. I’d be shocked if it didn’t come before end of September as we’ve been told they want it to be on all new deliveries before end of quarter…”. So, that’s meaningless. The next OTA is closer than the last one. That’s all we know.

There was a bit of vagueness as to it, but that it wouldn't be ready for delivery until after the push hence the 30th pick up date (buffer but still q3), works out for me as I wouldn't have time to pick it up much earlier due to work obligations. it went into production right at end of august. so about a month from start of production to delivery (original order date was somewhere around march-april)
 
3.3.1 is out there, it’s just on to-be-delivered cars. I expect they’re testing it and they will get it out asap as not doing so impacts their Q3 deliveries.

But, getting it out and then not having the fob work still (as an example) is even worse than a delay. I don’t think anyone cares if Halo has bugs or the towing SW has some bugs - but another month of fob craziness and other random warnings would be tough. Especially because it looks like they’ve got a lot of deliveries ready to go.

I didn’t mind using my keycard for the first month, but having an AGT loaner with a working fob has reminded me how annoying the keycard is.
 
Anyone else out there still waiting on their DE delivery? If so, just curious, what's your current status and what was your order date?
 
Yes, I am. First order of a GT on April 4, 2025 but changed to a DE the same month. Received the email saying I was one of the confirmed DE orders but haven’t heard anything since. Can you add your own info on the order? Hope we don’t have to wait until December.
 
Yep. Still waiting. AG Tahoe 21/22 7 seat.
GGT order 3/23 Ojai/bronze fully loaded
GDE upgraded 4/8 AG/Yosemite

Changed from Yosemite 22/23 to current config in June.

Was told we had a Pre-VIN in mid July.
Went to "In Production" with VIN Aug 29.

What's the status on your dashboard in the Lucid Web site? Still "Order Confirmed"?
 
Yep, still confirmed but i was wrong on date - should have been April 9 for the order.
