I think we have the same issue. Whenever I get into the car, the Auto setting on the driver side is off and the fan blows cold air at full speed. Passenger side is okay. It takes longer than I would like for the fan to stop because it is cold air. But once it does, the temp seems to regulate quickly. I don't think I have a setting wrong, do I?

Hmm...just talked w head of service and he said battery packs get changed out in hours...not days, not a week. So let's see if you or he is correct. lol. Now hopefully they can speed that shipment to Roswell... He still thinks this is about a one-week delay. We'll see...;-)
I'd be very surprised if the pack is not removable from below.
I have a 4-post lift in my garage. That makes me want to look under my car.

I do wonder how may of those are attached to a buyer versus inventory…
I was told the way to tell is if they have a window sticker. Delivering to a customer they don't put it on in the window, inventory ones they do. At least that what the Costa Mesa service center told me when I was there last week.
Not sure if that's true. The car home delivered to me had a window sticker and I did not pick an inventory car
The Monroney sticker or Automobile Information Disclosure document is a U.S. federal requirement that it be “affixed to the vehicle side window or windshield before leaving the factory”.
But was it attached? Or just in the glovebox? Ours was the latter.
It was placed in the front passenger seat
