Gravity Delivery Discussion

He got to drive it with no strings attached…he was essentially doing it for the feedback and testing. It’s like they owe him $$ now
I assume all of the 2025 models that got delivered in December will be taken back, analyzed, and then become part of the test drive/loaner fleet.

Invest several billion dollars in Lucid and you'll have your new Gravity in no time. :)

New to the forum. I'm switching from Tesla (Model 3) to a Gravity Grand Touring. I'm from Fargo, ND, so no nearby showrooms or dealers (which I suppose will put me very far down the list for deliveries). I reserved on December 16 and reconfigured (changed paint from Lunar Titanium, eliminated HUD, etc.) on April 25. Contacted my sales specialist for an updated idea of delivery date about a week ago and was told the end of November was likely. I think this is actually a likely date. Just thought I would share.

2 lucky U.S. Gravity owners today?

“Your Gravity has left Arizona and is on its way over to Millbrae for final inspection and detailing, expected end of day today or tomorrow”

Still no delivery date though

Opened the Google search app on my phone and it showed me a Gravity AD. Why advertise when you cannot deliver a single car in more than two months? A sign of production ramping up? Only God knows.
Don’t get your panties in a twist, it’s just a car, it’s not like they delaying getting a cancer out…..so what if there is a few month delay. Though not ideal, I’m sure they have a good reason. So you want them to start advertising once they have vehicles on a transporter?

i will happily take a great quality car on first delivery versus my tesla experience of an unfinished car with tons of issues that made the first 6 months of ownership terrible.

Oh I agree with your point, but as I have written earlier. Not communicating with your customers of the status can make impatience turn into frustration. Right now, our SA are just giving us a standard message. That’s not good enough IMO. It’s not like they have tens of thousands of orders to keep track of.
mmm…communicate what? What’s the point if they don’t know when it will be in production or when the delivery? Agree, it’s frustrating but it’s like that for many automakers. When I custom ordered my Jag a few years ago, it came 3 months late! 1 year after I ordered it! They kept on postponing date and just informed me when it went into production and when shipped.

Has anyone gone from "No documentation found for this VIN or not a valid VIN number." to actually showing a software version in recent days? I'm just curious if there are any other than the few that are supposedly shipping that have had their status updated. My vehicle has shown in production for over 6 weeks and I don't see any software updates for a GDE ordered Nov 7 with Green/Stealth/22-23 config heading to SoCal.
