Gravity Delivery Discussion

Well that’s somewhat encouraging. Congrats. When did you order? Are you an Air owner? Wondering if that matters anymore.
I should be more clear: no promises were made. It was a rough estimate. I've been pretty patient and have not been pushing my SA, I like to think it was an honest assessment. It's impossible to know.

I am not an air owner. I ordered day 1- 11/7/24. I was also told that my region would not affect the timeline. I am in the Detroit area.

i have the same status Unexpected error. Looks like we are getting close.
Or it’s sick of people logging in and constantly refreshing the page and erroring out now 😂

I was told region matters most only when they’re trying to place an order”orphaned” Gravity and there’s a spot on the transport and/or they want to deliver before end of quarter. Who knows.

I'm a bit confused. Where are people seeing their estimated delivery dates? I also have a VIN assigned and see nothing. I also cannot log into the app (it says I must take delivery first).

No one "sees" an estimated delivery date. They come from the SA and in most cases, still don't mean anything. All you can see is if your vehicle is "In production" on the Lucid web site.

And you won’t see your Gravity in the Lucid app until you take delivery.

Here’s the thing. The app isn’t helpful without a car. To be clear, you also won’t see your Gravity in real life for quite some time (for most of us)…

This has truly been the most frustrating car buying experience ever. It’s not so much the numerous delays but the complete lack of communication about what’s going on. Lucid really needs to better …

Disagree……this is how typical production and delivery of a new model goes, especially for a small company like Lucid. We know it’s not purposeful, I’m sure you don’t want them to dump a car with issues in your lap and you would rather wait a bit longer.
