Gravity Cold weather driving range experience (small sample)

Most times It wont be running in the car. I've experienced several frosty mornings where I forget or try to trust the app that the seats and wheel will be warm, but 8 out of 10 times, they will be cold as ice. Works every time tho when I toggle them. So not just a display in the app issue, but truly not turning on. Even in single digit temps, they still wont necessarily turn on.
It looks like the wheel and seat heat icons in the app aren't staying on anymore. I just did a test. 2 hours ago I turned them on. Never went to the car. Now look at the app and they're off again. I turned them on again, waited 5 minutes, and checked the car. They're on (driver seat only though (level 2), passenger seat is off).

The app is showing that "Windows open" message again though.

They could use better indication in the app too because they just turn a slight bronze color when on. Kinda hard to tell the difference between on and off. Make it red (heat) and blue (ventilation) instead, vs the existing white for off.

What's the icon with the car and the 3 wiggle arrows above it do? Is that just max heat like the one next to is max cool?

Front window defrost mode. It'll put max heat on just the vents on the front windshield

This also works and just forces everything on max heating (seats, wheel, defrost, and heat to setpoint). I used it in winter storms and it was effectively in melting the snow off the windows and windshield in 20 mins.

Preheating does seem to take longer in this car, I assume because the interior is just bigger than out previous cars. I find I want the 2nd row blowing too, otherwise I feel cold air circulating in from the back seats thru the center of the car. Feels like cold air is blowing on my right cheek and shoulder if I only have front climate on. .

Do your seats heat when you preheat the car? I have that highlighted in the app but it doesn't feel like it's happening until after I get in the car.
I wish the app was less subtle in its coloration for that. I don't think I have any color vision issues, but it is hard for me to distinguish whether the seat heat is on or not via the app.

Just took the Gravity on a 4k road trip, Chicago to Santa Fe, with stops in Denver and Cortez CO along the way. It was bitter cold when we left, temps in the low teens, and wind against us. Dynamic adjusted along the way to about 1.75, going 80 in those conditions. I think that was about right and it was about what I expected. I would say I have a favorable comparison to my Tesla Model 3, which naturally also lost range in that sort of condition. Just the brute strength of the larger battery probably, but the ability even in those extremes to go at that speed for nearly 3 hours, vs barely 2 in the 3, is pretty nice. Kept heat at about 68, just in front. Did not feel any draft from the back even with no rear CC on. Seat heat is great, and really like that ability to turn off the seat and leave the back heat on.

Crossed over the frontal boundary about the NE/CO border, and from there dynamic range estimate went up. Got up to 3+ at one point, while on non-interstate and restricted to about 60, net uphill.

All in all, a great trip. Car performed very well, loved it.
