Well there ya go. What area? They actually called me, and I got a mobile service appointment in just under 2 weeks time. So, that's actually pretty good.

Fob is MUCH better than it was in summer 2025 and per the release notes, will be even better with this release. No excuses, but the fob issues in particular have been well known for months, so if it’s a massive hangup for folks, I suggest you wait a bit longer. That said, they’re 100% better than months ago, but not perfect. My wife has had 4 model s tesla leases over the past 12 years and I had 3 model x leases. We switched to the grand touring with high expectations. The car is great but the bugs are very frustrating. Today for the 3rd time in 3 weeks, I was unable to use my key fob to start my car. I had a procedure to do in the hospital but the car kept saying key fob not detected. The service dept were great and apologized and told me that it is a software issue and that it will be fixed. Why is it taking so long? Why was it not dealt with prior to releasing a 120000 dollar car. As much as I hated tesla service I had no software issues with tesla.
This isn’t really a “bug”, but it’s super annoying. If my dog is in backseat, car constantly tells me someone is unbuckled in back and the “ding” goes on forever.
SO…I buckle the seat belts when he’s back there to avoid noise. But..,
Car won’t lock with proximity locking when they’re buckled…how would it work if someone had a car seat buckled in?
I hope Lucid does what Tesla does where the “ding” turns off quickly and they notification just stays lit for the ride. I have my dog in the car 99% of time…
Is this pre-3.4.1 or still true with the 3.4.1 update? This isn’t really a “bug”, but it’s super annoying. If my dog is in backseat, car constantly tells me someone is unbuckled in back and the “ding” goes on forever.

3.4.1 installed for a couple days and has been an “issue” for a while. Again, I think it’s acting as Lucid wants and mine is an edge case, but it’s frustrating. Is this pre-3.4.1 or still true with the 3.4.1 update?
It’s the same behavior in the Air also (although, can’t remember if the chime actually stops). It’s obviously there for safety reasons and can’t turn it off fully etc. but like you mention, just follow Tesla and turn the chime off after a set number of seconds.3.4.1 installed for a couple days and has been an “issue” for a while. Yeah, that really shouldn't be happening, so I'm glad they're looking into it.Finally got an update from Lucid HQ about the issue of vehicle firmware update starting without any intervention from me (it happened again with 3.4.1). After reviewing mobile app logs, they think it is a vehicle hardware issue. They aren't sure exactly what (or at least didn't say), but asked that the vehicle be brought into the studio for service. This doesn't seem to be affecting many vehicles, so I appreciate Lucid continuing to look into it. Will keep you all posted....
I guess Emad is the light switch. After several days of 3.4.1 performing exceptionally well and stable, this is how I picture the Lucid software team over the past several months leading up to the release of 3.4.1. Spot on, right?
I have the XPEL WPF and like others, I'm not getting the error either.I’m also getting the “sensors blocked, dream drive limited” error periodically. Unlike some, when the error warning is on Dream Drive does not work… but 5 minutes later if the light magically goes off then it does. I’m also getting the auto high beam error alert randomly. I had clear XPEL Windshield Protection film applied when the car was delivered. Any chance this causing interference?
Same here. And these errors are gone after 3.4. Were there both before and after WPF install before 3.4.I have the XPEL WPF and like others, I'm not getting the error either.
A few days before the 3.4.1 software was available for my car, the front passenger's door handle fixed itself.Today, the front passenger's door handle stopped presenting itself when the car is unlocked, either from the fob or app or from inside the car. Pressing on the handle with the car unlocked locks the car, and pressing on the handle with the car locked and key fob in my pocket unlocks the car, but the handle won't pop out.
Went to schedule a service visit. Today is 27Jan and first available is 12Mar. Not great, especially considering how few cars have been sold.
Keep it unless the SC is far from you. Murphy’s Law says you cancel and it causes an issue a few days later. Then you wait months for an appointment.A few days before the 3.4.1 software was available for my car, the front passenger's door handle fixed itself.
It's been behaving fine in the few days since, even after the 3.4.1 update. A few more days until the mobile service appointment; I'm not sure what to do about that now.
Thanks - will keep it if only for frunk/trunk gap complaint/adjustments.Keep it unless the SC is far from you. Murphy’s Law says you cancel and it causes an issue a few days later. Then you wait months for an appointment.
Not sure when you took delivery, but there are several service bulletins they can perform, at a minimum, while it’s at SC.
So you may not have the rear door sound protection/rattle bulletin or the center console one, nevertheless, sounds like it’s worth keeping it. Enjoy! It’s an awesome car. Thanks - will keep it if only for frunk/trunk gap complaint/adjustments.
Delivery was Dec 19, 2025. Wife has driven the car on 3.4.1 - I haven't yet, so I'll get a drive in before.
