Gravity accessories slowly appearing

I don’t understand the need for this. I’ve had an X and have an R1S and neither have given me issues with heat or glare. I can always turn the AC on before I get in, as well.

They’re not necessary. That doesn’t mean they aren’t helpful. Helps save on AC for efficiency, generally makes the car more comfortable in the summer months, etc. If I lived in MD (I used to live in VA) I wouldn’t bother.

It’s just a bit of extra heat btw; not glare or anything like that. The tinting is perfectly fine; just some folks may want more.

Same here as with @borski. We had our Air with the glass canopy for a couple of years in south Florida and never had a situation where the A/C couldn't keep the cabin comfortable, even when sitting for long periods in the airport cell phone lot under bright sunshine.

We finally decided to install the mesh sunshades for a long road trip during a heat wave just so we wouldn't have to run the A/C so much. They did take a bit of glare out of the cabin while still allowing a decent view of the sky and clouds, and we were surprised by how little they made the cabin feel more "enclosed". So we just never bothered to take them out.
