1) can use for a use a valet or friend needed to drive the car remotely (as long as there is cell reception)
2) back up if your fob is dead and you don't have the key card on you

it's a manual version of PAAK, as well.
 
Slight non sequitur - my key fob update has been stuck at 99% and 1 minute for the last hour or so. There’s a terse instruction to “Stay on this screen”, while the key fob update is going on.

Addendum - oh, never mind. The update just completed.

The Taycan shows SOC% on arrival?? My Macan doesn't. WTF Porsche!? 🤬

I've never seen it advertised separately by any manufacturer. Just whether it has AA or CP in general.

Yes, it would be cool. However, since not all super chargers are compatible with Gravity, we’d still need to use the app in phone or car as I don’t think they’d integrate that with Waze, Google Maps, etc.

Most of my roadtrips are the same destinations over and over, so I don’t care as much about where to charge, as I know that. I care more about real time traffic, routing, etc.

Have you linked the two accounts? It's a bit of a process. You have to set it up both in the car and in IOS. I can't imagine it's not available in Macan and then in Cayenne.

I'd call it more of another disappointment, but yeah, definitely.

In our Macan I'm often flipping back and forth to cancel and restart nav in AA and the native nav, driving my passenger crazy hearing "Navigate to Beaver Utah Electrify America" over and over.

I want to keeping checking arrival SOC% in native nav and use preconditioning in winter. But views, directions, and warnings are superior in AA.

I nav from station to station, not to the end destination, so I've already determined what stations are compatible via other sources, not using the car nav.

Our Mach-E had the SOC% in AA and it was great. I think they even got it to the point where it would trigger preconditioning (it was hard to tell for sure since there was no battery temp display like our Macan has).

Hmmm, not sure. Probably not if there's an extra process to go through. I'll have to hunt for that. We're actually just started a 3000 mile road trip in the Macan yesterday, but I'll look tonight. If you have any pointers, lemme know. Thanks!

I don't remember too much, as it was a while ago and I don't have the Taycan anymore, but I'm sure there's a video on YouTube or a Google search can show how to do it.
 
I received and installed 3.5.1 last night and used my phone to activate my Gravity with just the phone -- pretty much great and uneventful.
In order to activate Car Play I needed to delete my phone from the Gravity and then exit the connectivity screen, re-enter the connectivity screen and add my iPhone back into the Gravity and follow the prompts to add CarPlay which looks good and seems functional. It is not clear to me if there adjustments that are available for interaction with my Gravity. SO IF ANY OF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE SETUP OPTIONS -- I am very interested!
--Next I tried Apple Music which works but I would LOVE Lossless app for Apple Music
--Next I noticed that while I have many App's on my iPhone 15 and several do appear on the screen, I wondered how can I make some app's like Netflix appear as an option on the Gravity screen?
--I wonder if you can utilize Google maps and CarPlay as an iPhone owner on the Gravity and any insights into this.

unfortunately it's based on what apps are compatible with Carplay and I believe they don't want video apps on it to be safe since it could be watched while driving and therefore a distraction
