Got PPF and ceramic and got hit by a big pebble!!

Unfortunately the pebble that hit was big enough that it hasn’t healed. I’m also disappointed that the owner of the shop had promised tk get back to me with someone who could fix the dent and then he’d redo the PPF for cost and he hasn’t called back. I haven’t repaired it since I’m dealing with other issues like the rear door panel expanding and peeling off so lucid is fixing that next week.

What PPF brand? How long had the installer been in business?
