I have read they peel off by way of really hot water but have seen nothing if you can re-apply.

I do not think it would function like a post it note. Instructions do state to remove with hot water directly applied.

The official one for California says to removed with a heat gun lol. It's stuck on there pretty good though. You'd REALLY want to get it off in order to get it off. It's not coming loose with wind or rain
