I got my car washed on Thursday with the temp right around freezing. Since, when parked I hear a clicking sound that is coming from the nose of the vehicle on the passenger side under the hood. Any ideas what may be causing this or a solution?

The pics of the vehicle are from a few hrs after getting the car wash: drove under a bridge and when i came out and turned a snow plow threw a load from above and landed on the vehicle. Pissed, but fortunately no ice and appears to be no damage. In the single digits now so waiting to get her washed.

It's likely the vents froze because of getting the car washed in the cold weather and the actuators keep trying to open them.

Several of us have had this issue. When the weather warms up it will stop.
