Floor mats

Here are the pics of the rear mat that I had made from a template sent to Avery auto mats. They can make it in dozens of colors, rubber backed with edge stitching. Mine was$ 145 in plush weight, graphite color. I also posted this in the thread gravity

They are out of stock in the Lucid Store, but LinerX has a nice looking set for way less

I've ordered a set of the linerX but, no sign of them yet. I've reached out to them but no replys!!! A bath mat in the wells will have to suffice until then

Perhaps laying them out in the hot sun or taking a blow dryer to them would allow a bit more stretch and one could avoid attacking them with a Dremel
I had to use a heat gun and run it mostly along the length of the rear of the mat until it softened up.

I received my LinerX 3 row Gravity mats today. Happy to say that the 3rd floor liners do fit, barely. I found that the holes did not line up perfectly. THe hole to hole (left to right side) distance on the mat were about <1cm shorter than the Gravity pegs. I could see the peg through the hole once I got the mat lined up properly. So I used a steady, firm pull on the mat and was able to get it seated and it clicked in. I don't think I pulled excessively, both pegs held nicely. All seems secure. If it had been any further off, it would not have stretched enough. I couldn't wait (typical of me), but perhaps softening them somehow would have made it easier.
We actually determined that mine has a broken clip, it will not lock onto the post, so they are sending a new 3rd row mat is a few weeks.
Good to know it will stay though..., thanks

LinerX finally notified me that my mats are finally shipping soon
of course I'm expected to be deluged in snow before then

I thought that too but there's is actually a bit of a lock mechanism to the holes in the mat, they are not simple holes. If they were the mats would slide around. They need to be held in place.
In this scenario, if linerx does not make right and I don't return them, I might try some Velcro since this are is hard plastic underneath
I’ve received mine and the mats for the third row have the same issue - holes not aligned with the posts. Other than that they’re perfect for the snowy, slushy, sand and salt environment here in Park City.

Speaking of Liner-X, I had hoped the mats would better match the interior. They’re black, while the interior floor area is a dark gray. I believe all the Gravities are this dark gray color, so it would have been better if Liner-X had matched it. The mats are also much harder than I anticipated. I’m not sure if the Lucid mats are a better color match or softer.

Guess I’m used to the stiffness from when I had linerx mats for my Tesla

This commentary is giving me second thoughts about the LinerX mats that I’m still waiting on. Like most, I ordered them but they haven’t shipped yet. I have kids in the third row too and I need the third row mat to be firmly in there. Anyone else thinking of just canceling and going with Lucid’s? Pricey for shipping, but if it fits better…

The Lucid mats are great.

Same problem here. I may just enlarge the hole to accommodate the peg.

Are floor mats specifically for the 7 passenger Gravity available?
Just got my Lucid floor mats today for our gravity. They fit great and seem to be solid rubber floor mats.

Those look great. Does anyone have the LinerX 7 seater version installed that has pictures? I’m curious if they also look similar to the Lucid one minus the fit issue of the third row.

Agree. I preordered mine in December, and they finally showed up yesterday. Much of the delay is due to the shipper, OnCrack (aka OnTrac). At least out here, they are inept.
I hadn't paid much attention to the factory mats until I removed them, and the quality is less than I expected – pretty thin and hard. The new Lucid mats fit perfectly and look great, though. Very similar in design and quality to the ones in my Air.

Anyone have real-world photos of the LinerX trunk liner installed in their Gravity? Can't find any photos of it besides the one that is on their website. And from their photo, it doesn't look like a flush fit as the mat seems to have a bulging line in the middle. Would love to hear some feedback on these. Thx in advance!

Ran out to take pictures - it is nighttime. So, the answer is sort of. At the back it is slightly raised but flush for most of the length. I have a two row GGT. It lays flat everywhere except around the rear latch point. Why they did it this way I have no idea. It is flexible enough that is flush everywhere else including the length of the mat. Hope this helps.

I ordered the LinerX a couple days ago. I hope the issue with the third row fitment has been addressed. I was going to pay extra for the OEM Lucid ones until I saw the shipping cost. The $270 cost is over priced as it is, but then tacking on $75 shipping is ridiculous.

Thank you! Much appreciated. It looks a lot better than what is shown in their marketing photos on the website. Will go ahead an order them.

Would've liked to go with the LinerX ones as well but backed out due to the 3rd row fitment issues. Otherwise, so much cheaper. I put in my order in for the OEM Lucid ones at the Service Center today when I dropped my car off for servicing. They actually had a bunch in stock and no shipping fees either so you could check with your local service center if you change your mind.
