This morning at around 1:30am EST (a night of excitement / insomnia after ordering a 2025 Air GT yesterday) I ordered all weather mats for the cabin, frunk and trunk from the Lucid Inline store. I was rather worried as folks in the Forum here seem to have very little positive to say about it.

I received notification one hour ago (less than 13 hours after my order) that my order had shipped along with FedEx tracking.

So far, so very, very good!
 
Both the referral and $$$ stores are excellent at processing orders and getting them out quickly. You will also be impressed with the low transit time. The problems come if, God forbid, you want to return or exchange something. At some point, I just gave up. Our great local White Dove Thrift Shop could probably warrant a section dedicated to the shirts and jackets it took me to figure out that, at 6'2" and 200 pounds, Lucid thinks I'm an XXXL. (My 9 year old granddaughters are tiny waifs, but somehow also medium size women!) Fun stuff!
 
Got it!! I was going to order a jacket and couldn’t figure out sizing. Glad I didn’t!!

Actually, I should have clarified that coats and jackets are the exception to the rule. I am an (as expected) XL with both the zippered coat and sweatshirt jacket. Just don't let the coat/jacket sizing trick you on the shirts, or vice versa!

Agree! When things are in stock, they ship very fast. For me they ship from 20 miles away from where I live on FedEx overnight and I was suggesting to give me an option to pickup to save them shipping cost!

But if an item is not in stock or need to be returned, there is a no easy way to reach someone or get a response. My home charging station was back ordered and it didn’t ship based on the initial estimate. I tried to get a hold of someone using online form and email address but didn’t have much luck for a few weeks. After a few weeks I got a response that it will be shipped shortly. I am sure this is an aspect they will figure out and fix as well. If something is in stock, I usually got it the very next day and that is darn impressive!
