Nothing we haven’t heard from @nicktwork but good to see it come from the top.

Perhaps the forum administrators could set up a place where forum members could share their correspondence to [email protected],

Finally!

Even though I'm a non-Gravity owner, it makes me happy seeing that they're taking this seriously and we're getting feedback from them. As much as I'd like more features added to my Air, I'd prefer that the Gravity is bug-free and a knock-out success as it deserves to be! I need Lucid to be successful 😆

I forgot to mention... If the forum administrators take the action I suggested above, please be sure to have both a Gravity section and an Air section. Otherwise, things could get pretty confusing.

Email for reporting issues? What's this, 1990s?

P.S. Overall awesome news though...
Keep in mind they already have the capability to remotely access and determine certain issues with the cars and will contact owners.
Often they are issues that the owners aren't even aware exist.

That's gotta count for something.

The CEO email received today could be viewed as item #1 from the Lucid Report's Open letter that was posted on Facebook a little over a week ago.
SW update 3.3.20 could be the start of item #2.

As I understand it, the Gravity's software is intended to eventually serve all of their vehicles. So hopefully rapid improvement of the Gravity software is followed by a major Air update. Although realistically, they'll probably focus on making sure the Gravity software works for the coming mid-size vehicle before they try rolling it out for the Air. After all, they only have a year before the mid-size is supposed to launch, and presumably they want to ensure that's a much more baked vehicle launch than the first two were.

Gravity and Air are two different software stacks. While they are bringing more updates to the Air that will be similar to the current gravity software it is a totally different software code.

I am repeating this for n-th time, but just putting a "Report bug" button on the car's display would do wonders.

Well they could’ve just said to go pound sand instead.

And for the umpteenth time they’ve said they’re working on it!

Total agreement.
I'm not suggesting additional or improved methods of communicating issues wouldn't be nice.
Just saying Lucid's methods for dealing with issues aren't stuck in the 1990's.

As for the repeating for the n-th time; nobody's paying you to post.
Manage your time. :)
