My Lucid is getting some warranty work so I'm currently in a loaner for probably a couple of weeks. Everytime I get into the car, the seats move all the way back. I have "Easy Entry" off and it silll moves back. I can quickly move one of the seat controls to prevent it from moving all the way back, but it's kind of a hassle - not the end of the world! Is there a way I can prevent this? I'm thinking it's because I don't have a profile since it's a loaner. I also toggled it on and off a few times and no luck. Thanks.

Have you changed the seat controls on the Pilot Panel and pressed Save to Profile? That should override whatever default state it kept moving to. I don't think the physical controls "save" when you adjust them.

When is the easy entry exit supposed to start? I swear I have it set but it doesn’t do anything—as soon as I put into park should it start?

I believe you have to open the door maybe?
I don’t use the feature.

Funny thing is my easy entry is on and it doesn’t work!

Mine has never worked since delivery 21 months ago.
Service has looked at it three different times with no success.
The last time they blamed it on software, I have my doubts.
I’ll have them give it another try at the two-year service and see what happens.

My easy entry still isn't working, despite mobile service coming out and telling me "it is fixed". I've disconnected my mobile key, and easy entry is enabled from the pilot screen. Profile switching also doesn't seem to work. Any thoughts on things I might try?

Easy entry has never worked. Car was delivered 5/2025. Resets, etc. that have been suggested don't fix the issue. I'm just adding my name to the list so Lucid doesn't think this issue is just a couple of cars.

Have you done a factory reset?

Factory reset more than once. Just another quirk. Another one - whenever I open just the front passenger door, the window washer will wipe just once. Kind of like it wants to wink to you. :)

That’s a funny one!

I’m just about to lease a 2026 GT. Are most of these gremlins worked out by now?

Lots of software updates are fixing some gremlins I think we are waiting/bracing for 3.x

Easy access needs to be fixed. I stored all my seat positions on my profile. Whenever easy access function moves driver seat all the way back, it NEVER returns back to my stored seat position. Now, I turned it off and do not use it.

Easy entry has worked fine for years. Call service and tell them you need seat homing done. They can do it via mobile service.

I'm not sure what the folks here who say service said it was fixed, but actually wasn't, mean, since it either is, or isn't fixed. It either does move, or it doesn't; seems difficult to 'fake.'

I’m new so… does anyone have a reasonable idea about what is likely to be on 3.x?

3.x is the Gravity software. There is no information on what 3.x for Air could be or when.

it works if their intent was to move the seat all hte way to the back so I can't even reach the door.

That is the current intent, so yes, it works.

(I like how far back it goes; I agree it'd be great if there were an option to set the position, but it's definitely operating as intended today)
