Does my audio system need service?

Hi guys. I'm on software update 2.6.2 (so current).

I've got standard Surreal Sound (not pro)

I'm having substantial issues with the sound balance of the audio and it's got me wondering if certain speakers are malfunctioning. I think the audio issues with many of the Airs are well documented but would love some additional input as I'm a recent owner.

Shame you can't hear the remix on Atmos.
I've been trippin' thru the 60's classics remixed in Atmos, late at night (like, just finished a session) in my garage, in my Lucid.

If your audio system doesn't make you want to try this it is broken.

So this was yesterday afternoon. I tested it again last night and this morning as well and the balance worked perfectly and was back to normal.

So it seems to be yet another one of those glitches that comes and goes and gets fixed by turning the car off and on again.

It seems that's just how this car functions at the moment....or at least mine with intermittent glitch glitching of many facets of the entertainment/audio system that self correct but never go away entirely.....yet.

Hi, I have exactly the same issue with my 2023 Touring with SSP.
I am getting very weak sound at both back speakers when I drag it to the back side. I haven't scheduled a service yet but will do next week. I still couldn't see the benefit of SSP quality yet

That's disappointing. I was a little bummer about not getting the pro audio system initially but now it seems like it probably wasn't necessary. Hope your issues get fixed pronto!
