My horn has stopped working and I’m thinking this is going to be an easy fuse replacement, but I do not know the fuse panel layout and have searched for this in the online manual. I believe there are two fuse panels, one in the frunk and one under the glove box, but I would prefer to know a bit more confidently which panel and the specific fuse to be checking for the horn before I start poking around.

Attached is the fuse information from the original Dream Edition manual. The current manuals omit this section. I had to optimize the PDF file so that I could upload it here, but there shouldn't be any problem in reading it. I'm sure they didn't change the fuse layout since the Dream edition, but keep that in mind.

Thank you Alex. Much appreciated.

You really helped me to reset TCU!

Oh boy, this is the early nuke reset all over again. Lucid won’t be happy if people just start pulling fuses to reset things in the car 😂

Techs are definitely not pulling fuses to reset TCU! there easier ways to do this but we are not supposed to do it on out own! 😎

Then Lucid has to make it easier than impossible to receive adequate service.
Not my experience when it comes to service. It’s actually one of the things I’ll praise Lucid for. They certainly have other issues but for me, service isn’t one of them.

Well apparently, all service centers aren't created equal. You guys are in CA where there is seemingly an abundance of service centers.

I purchased the car in late October and almost immediately began having connectivity issues. It took me two weeks to make an appointment that was for two weeks after that. I was told mobile service was not an option for what was clearly going to be a straightforward TCU reset. So, I took a day out of my busy schedule and drove an hour, dropped the car off at 8 am and drove back home to run errands because I was told it would be an all-day fix. I got the call that my car was ready a little over an hour before they closed and made it back there right before closing only to find out that they did nothing. Despite being told that in the least a TCU reset was in order, they hooked my car up to their diagnostic machine, it showed no faults, so they did nothing.

Of course, my connectivity was fine for that day but the next day it was gone. No gps data, no app connectivity, no wifi, no cellular, nothing. I kid you not, I could not get anyone on the phone for another two weeks. I had to call my sales rep who had someone call me back. An appointment was finally made for a Monday. I received a call the Friday before and was told that my appointment was canceled because they had "operational requirements" and couldn't accept cars. An appointment was automatically and autonomously made by the service agent for two weeks after that.
I'm not sure if I can make that appointment. I was extremely close to handing this car back to Lucid and demanding my money back. I didn't because it is an awesome car.

If your TCU keeps cutting out, it likely needs replacement, not resetting. Save timestamps, and call service directly (if you’ve been going through customer care).

A reset can be done mobile. A replacement can’t.

I’m sorry for the experience you had. That sucks. Which service center was it?

I am definitely hoping that there's been a change of management or anything other than something that's personal to me.
