Crazy battery drain for Lucid app on iOS

Works perfectly in my pocket since I turned off always active location services. No idea why. But was real happy going to my car in the rain today that the handle was popped out when I got there

That’s great. The app was updated about a week ago. Was it working this way even before the app was updated? What version are you on?

It was. I fixed the location issue a few weeks ago. I know it doesn’t make any sense but I’m not an iOS dev, I don’t know why things break

For fun: can you switch it back and see if the performance degrades? If it doesn’t, it was just coincidence, and that would be helpful info.

Mine is currently set to “when shared” and it’s working well. That said, I really don’t know what “when shared” is for but it seems unique to my Lucid app and maybe it’s to help prevent battery drain?
