Coolant pump noise

How loud is your battery coolant pump when charging? Until recently (~3,000 mi) the pump was relatively quiet. Now is just plan loud and has almost a screech to it. Bottom line, it doesn’t sound happy. I sent a clip to my service advisor. Response was that noise is normal. I disagree but have the benefit of hearing it in person.
