Climate interface acting up?

My main panel climate controls are "greyed" out and the rear climate panel is black. The illumination response and gliders do not respond. Some main panel touch screen buttons function, power, defrost. I have no control over the passenger or rear. What the heck is going on?

I had this happen once after picking my car up from service. A logo reset fixed it. Have you tried a reset yet?
