Big touch screen locked? Anyone met this?

The middle big screen when I touch the button pull it down, then the whole screen no touch response anymore. Everything display normal just no way to do any touch (even no way to push it back up)
I tried locked the car and let it sleep then wake it up, but still same problem.

The last way I tried is using phone to do the firmware upgrade. Then the whole car rebooted after update. The screen comes normal touch response.

My question:
Have anyone met this same problem before?
if I meet this problem again, is there anyway I can make a reboot of the car system?
