Battery modules repair cost

I think its an interesting subject to share with you guys.
So, i have contacted the customer care of lucid to know wether or not later in future i would have to change only the defects modules only or replace the entire battery modules. And here is the response that i received from them. Which is very interesting to consider how expensive it can get when you face an issue with only one or two modules.
