Looking for advice! I accidentally damaged my rear bumper by running over a curb while backing out. The Lucid service center recommended Dulles Coachworks collision repair center in Sterling, VA. Has anyone here used their services? I have Liberty Mutual auto insurance and am waiting to hear from them. This is my first time dealing with something like this, so I’d appreciate any insights or experiences you can share!

That’s the only Lucid-certified body shop in the area, unless you want to drive to Mechanicsville, VA (I know, the irony isn’t lost on me) aka Richmond.

So you don’t have much of a choice unfortunately; but it also makes your choice really easy! :)

Like I said in your other post, be prepared for some serious estimate shock. A seemingly little "damage" area might be associated with a big ticket, largely for labor time. The car is tightly packed.

The certified shops know there is no competition and charge accordingly.
That has little to do with it. I live in the Bay Area where there are multiple certified shops, so there is some competition; these are luxury cars and they command luxury repair prices. Think of it more like fixing a Lotus or a Maserati or Lamborghini, and then consider the charges accordingly.

Yep. I was recommended Dulles Coachworks. Waiting for estimates now.

Dulles Coachworks seems to be solid. Can't speak to their pricing as they only did some work for me under warranty, but they were super helpful and easy to communicate with.
