Got a call that I will need to travel to Chicago to get my Air Touring-so a very quick road test for my new vehicle.

Congrats! Hope you got the 19"'s...lots of construction going that way, fyi. See if you can learn anything about their mobile van service to Twin Cities area. They naturally should want to bundle customer needs here, but not sure how well the communication works.

Congratulations! We went down to Chicago to pick up the car too. Was able to go over it carefully before accepting delivery. Better to do it there than at your home

Hi guys! I know this is an absolutely ancient thread, but I was hoping some of you in the Twin Cities might be able to speak to how service has been. I know there's a local tech now doing mobile service, and I believe he has a lift at a local Lamettry's or some such place. But have any of you had to have your cars returned to Chicago for service? Do you get loaners? Looking for experiences, good and bad. Thanks!

I have only had remote service, but it was pretty slick. Only service I have needed was a squeaky steering wheel, some weatherstripping replaced, and frunk adjustment.

If you are considering buying, I am about to sell my GT to a dealer in case you are interested (white GT, 4900 miles, full ppf, like new, Edina)!

Second revival of this ancient thread. Robbinsdale checking in here. I visited the Chicago studio last month and put in an order for an AGT, Black, Stealth. Hopefully it's here by May. They tell me I'll get a $2K discount if I pick it up from Goose Island, so it's looking like my first hours with the car will be driving back here in it. I've had a Tesla M3P for a few years now, so I'm looking forward to seeing how the Lucid ownership experience is different. Anyway, maybe I'll see some of you around. If you see a murdered out AGT around town, probably me.
