Not sure where you're located, but in the frigid north the EA stations near me have been throttling back the charge speed in single digit weather.I have a 2026 Touring and so far in my experience the charging speeds have been incredibly disappointing. Not being compatible with the majority of Tesla superchargers means that I likely won’t take the car very far on a trip.
Easy to drive, smooth ride, handling is fine, quick at all speeds.
I’m in the SE. most recent charge at EA was 1) 69 F air temp, 2) all stations empty, 3) my car was at 28%. I barely touched 120 for a few seconds. Instead it was just above 100 and then I gave up after 10 minutes. I’ve yet to sustain anything above 120 at any type of high speed charger. Not sure where you're located, but in the frigid north the EA stations near me have been throttling back the charge speed in single digit weather.
This. My AT generally is in this range at any “in the wild” chargers I’ve encountered. Don’t quit just because it goes below 100!Its usually 25-35 minutes to go from 10 to 80.
okay this one made me lolProbably the same guys that did PaaK and Digital Key -_-
I drove 1500 miles in 2 days without touching a Tesla charger with no issues whatsoever. The abundance of Tesla superchargers is great but I'm tired of people acting like there's no other options whatsoever.I have a 2026 Touring and so far in my experience the charging speeds have been incredibly disappointing. As also a Tesla driver i thought SC was the only way. But it’s totally not, EV road tripping is a total non issue. Chargers everywhere.I drove 1500 miles in 2 days without touching a Tesla charger with no issues whatsoever.
