ACC sees 40 MPH instead of 70

1,100 mile trip on I-75 where speed limit is generally 70 mph. ACC set on 75 mph (still cars whizzing by me!) Almost every time I pass a road marker to indicate 40 mph minimum speed limit, I get a notification to reset my set point and the displayed speed limit is set to 40. The once I go by the next 70mph speed sign, it gets set to 70. ACC apparently cannot 'read' minimum speed limit or, at least, interpret it.

Correct, yeah, this is a current bug. It doesn’t do much except be mildly annoying, but you can turn off the audio and visual warning in the settings too.

I still get the occasional 'Speed limit 70 MPH' messages when there are no roads anywhere around me that are over 65 mph. I reported this to Lucid years ago with dates, times, roads, locations etc... No follow up from them after I did all the legwork of the detailed reporting.
