RESOLVED $220 on the regular store and $343.75 on the referral store?

I don't think they actually asked for a list lol.. but I guess I'll put my hand up too and blame it on FOMO.

Hey, @marqie! Should I be concerned that my NACS adapter has shipped without the referral points adjustment that you all are working on, or are all of the adjustments still in process? Thanks!

I hope mine ships soon! I was hoping to take a drive this weekend (not that I would necessarily use a Tesla charger, but it is nice to have more flexibility!).

@marqie If adjusting existing orders and refunding points is an issue as @sri said below, can we get a complimentary item/items worth ~950 points instead?
Hope they fix the price on existing orders.
When i contacted this afternoon before the price change to see if i cancel my order, i was informed i will loose my points even if i cancel the order :(
 
For some reason the Forum is showing this as "Resolved"?? I still haven't received the 950 points back into my rewards account?? Its been over a month??

The original issue was that the pricing was not equivalent between the rewards store and the cash store. That has been resolved.

Those that purchased in the interim having their points refunded is a separate issue.

thats the point i was making i suppose in a more roundabout way.. it is what it is now.

Same here! Aren't you glad you didn't hold your breath in anticipation?

I guess it is resolved for the people who waited. Such is the life of the early adopter at Lucid.
