I have 19” all-season tires on my ‘25 Air Touring but I also have a full set of 20” summer wheels. Are there any issues in my using one of the 20” wheels as a spare? If there aren’t any issues in using it as a spare, does anyone know if it would fit in the frunk?

Or, would it be better to buy an off market spare like the EV Sportline Spare?

Your frunk is too small for a full size tire. It should fit a smaller spare tire. Please measure it before buy one.

The issue with a smaller spare tire is you can't drive fast or far. It's intended for about 50mph and 50 mile range.

The issue of unmatched 20" mixed with 19" is you might feel the drive is not normal like the handling might be worse...

You could use one of your 20" wheels as a spare but as Tam pointed out, it probably won't drive the same - ok for short term.
I don't think the 20" tire will fit in the frunk well - but it may if you remove the cover. Why don't you give it a try and see?
