Maybe I'll buy and send the Merriam-Webster dictionary to Lucid document control people as a X-Mas gift... Maybe they'll start to come up with other words...

Or better yet, how about actual lists of changes in program/codes that made it "robustful" compared to the previous "robustness" update?

I’m so nauseated with that word choice...

You know... I'm good with a heaping helping of robustness. Especially since my previous experience with Tesla updates included breaking changes to the UI and the appearance of the dreaded "phantom braking" issue because someone somewhere (coughMuskcough) decided LIDAR was for wusses and disabled the sensors.

I got this update overnight and I never get these updates quickly. In fact, I never received 2.8.7, or 2.8.9, until I got 2.8.16 a few days ago. So I was on 2.8.5 for quite a long time. Haven’t installed 2.8.17 yet waiting to hear about others experiences with it.

There are some words that started out with quite a bit of flair at Lucid, but history seems to suggest that it's time to never use them again. Any word having to do with 'robustness' is right up there in my opinion, but there's no word I wish Lucid would stop using more than 'soon'.

Still loving the car though. It's kind of like buying a Heathkit, or having a PC pre-Windows. You have to enjoy a bit of a challenge to go along with the fun.

First drive with the update, the only change I've noticed is that regen seems more robust lol

In seriousness, high Regen is back to 1 pedal driving level, it definitely got very weak after one of the recent updates.

Softwares glitches and all, I love my Lucid air. I came from a BMW 750 before Lucid and that's the least reliable car I've every owned. It was in the shop every few months, that car was more incontinent than a centenarian!
