    DC Area June 1st Rally

Yes, thanks so much for the wonderful ride and the venues we visited. I was one of the unfortunate huge pothole tire destroyer victims that made it through the event. Many huge thanks to Lucid support for sending a vehicle back to get a new 20” rim and tire and fixing it at the winery after...

Do you have an idea of the total miles the loop will be on the route?

    DC Area June 1st Rally

We are looking forward to the rally tomorrow through DC and the picturesque parts of Virginia. It appears that 50 Lucid vehicles are coming with 100 guests, according to someone at the service center so that will be one long line of cars on the road. The last email changed the start time to...

    DC Area June 1st Rally

It sounded like they were asking for only 1 guest because of the winery capacity. If they don't get a full house maybe you can but who am I to say what's right and wrong. Will be a nice ride.

    DC Area June 1st Rally

You are limited to one guest per vehicle so 50 sounds like a good number. That will make a long train of cars to keep together.

Chargepoint Home Flex unit issues maybe solved

My apologies, you are correct about the settings of the station. How will the Lucid station ever work when it has the option to back feed your home at a power outage and not have the wire gage to support the amperage. 30 - 40 amps will not do a lot of good (fridge, sump pump, lights) when it has...

    DC Area June 1st Rally

I’m curious to see if they are making the Exorcist stairs a stop. That parking space is not a large lot to park a lot of cars. Does anyone know how many this rally can handle? I’m already signed up and looking forward to it (coming from Annapolis).

Chargepoint Home Flex unit issues maybe solved

I’m sure you did your research but don’t forget the Lucid charger is not a direct replacement for your existing charger. An electrical upgrade will be needed since it uses more power.

    New Member in Virginia

I’m in Maryland which also requires a plate but decided to take my chance without installing. One year in and no issues. I don’t know if they are allowed to pull you over as a primary offense but have it in the trunk and will just say it’s a new manufacturer and waiting for a slot that dealer...

DC to FL to ATL to DC road trips

I have made multiple trips from Annapolis to Myrtle Beach in my Touring and here is some friendly advice. If you can make the first leg from DC to the Sheetz gas station in Rocky Mount, NC (EA Chargers) that would be preferred. Not crowded and you get good charging rate, plus very nice store...

Seats not auto restoring with facial recognition

Has the driver seat ever moved since you received it from the factory with a driver change? Do you have the entry/exit toggled on for the seat to move back and forth and does that work for you?

    Driver seat restoring to profile

Service came to house and seat homing did nothing. Took to Service Center and fixed there with added wire.

    Driver seat restoring to profile

My seats never have returned to saved settings and never noticed (only driver) until I tried entry/exit which didn’t work. Took my Touring into service and they said the wiring harness was missing a wire and pin going into the connector. They had to T tap another wire to replace the missing one...

Chargepoint Home Flex unit issues maybe solved

My Chargepoint has also fixed itself but not sure how it was done. When I originally posted this thread, I was having the problem and a couple weeks go by and charger has been fine ever since. I am hopeful that Lucid fixed the issue with an update but have no proof.

Quick Regen button found on Pilot panel

That is where I saw it on YouTube. Believe that was the head designer in passenger seat when driver asked what regen he was in.

Quick Regen button found on Pilot panel

Sorry if this is old news but I didn’t realize that by holding down the smooth button for a couple seconds it accesses the regen choices. What other surprises might be in this darn car? 😆

RESOLVED Touring drivers side rear door will NOT OPEN.

Try the key fob lock reset where you lock with FOB and walk away for 20 minutes or so then unlock with FOB. This has cleared the problem for me on rear door lock.

Chargepoint Home Flex unit issues maybe solved

Do you ever check charge status from your Lucid app on your phone or Ipad while car is idle in garage during or after charge, but still plugged in? Opening the app to check on car has also triggered my unit. If I go without looking it seems to charge fully without issue. Will run some more tests...

Chargepoint Home Flex unit issues maybe solved

If anyone besides myself has been having issues with the Chargepoint Home Flex unit tripping out the fault (red light) then please read. I had a replacement unit sent out after multiple times where the Chargepoint stopped charging after a fault in unit was detected by showing the red light under...

Heading back to Delaware from Ft Lauderdale - Dreading the EA experience

The last time I was at Buc-ees both in Daytona and St. Augustine they only had Tesla chargers. Are they putting in other fast chargers? Hope so, those are the best stops on the 95 corridor!
