I requested a new plate holder after 3 of the 4 bolts on mine came out. I was sent a completely redesigned unit that’s awesome. I have an early Dream. #263. I’m sure the later units got the updated design.

I’m a huge fan of the company and the car. I can only justify to myself owning one. I currently have the Dream Performance. I may at some point upgrade to the Sapphire. I can’t imagine a sub 4 second 0-100. Incredible!

Temp and speed is probably the biggest contributing factors to my low range. We’ve had a very hot summer. I recently completed a trip from Arkansas to Colorado. The outside temps were over 100 on interstate and my speed was about 80. I was barely getting 300 miles range.

I have the ez spare and I bought a compact electric tire changing kit off Amazon that works great if you also buy a 12 volt extension cord. Functionally I’m fine but hate losing so much trunk space. Has anyone found a compact spare that works that would fit in the frunk?
